Like other review sites, your blog is accepted, and given a price but there is an option at site, where you can set or edit that price for your blog.
You are directly contacted by the adverstisers, but it is advisable to check the site often.
Payment: On the 1st of each month. If your blog price is set at $20, you would be paid $20 for your review.

It would take 1 week or less to approve a blog. Bloggers select the campaign at the site. Like as other review sites, you are given offers according to the price set by the site. My one of the blog having page rank 4 was offered $7.50 per offer. And second blog with page rank 5 was provided with the offers worth $15 each.

This site is not only get paid review sites, because it deals in SEO Tools, Services, Link Building, Website Design, SEO News and Consulting. You have to submit your site and after it you would start getting offers in your e-mail. The rate is $10 per post.

New site with many opportunities. But I could not accept any offer, as I was bound to write only for blogging topics, and I was offered other topics.
Per topic posting price was $5 for me. You get paid $5.00 per completed assignment. Completing assignments are easy but they have to meet requirements before receiving payment.
